Our Economic Mobility Impact Pillar connects youth and adults Not in Employment, Education, or Training (NEET) with Professional, Vocational, Technical and Academic Learning (PIVOTAL) programmes. By bridging the gap to the Post-School Education and Training (PSET) sector, we provide the targeted upskilling and technical training required to improve life trajectories and help participants compete effectively in the job market.
The programme offers a holistic response to the conditions that create stagnant or downward mobility. Working with strategic partners, we deliver the following interventions:

Matric Senior Certificate Graduates
FETC: Social Auxillary Work L4 Graduates
Unemployed trained in accredited Skills Programme
High School Learners reach through Career Expo
