Stress management and career counselling support: Because your journey matters

Zainap Zoutenberg (25) from UWC led a dynamic stress management session, teaching students simple, practical exercises to calm exam nerves and stay focused.

Following Zainap, Michelle Duraan, a skilled career counsellor, worked closely with learners to map out realistic career pathways based on their interests, strengths, and subject choices.
